Exchanges & Refunds

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

We strictly do not provide CASH refund. All refunds will be made in STORE CREDIT(s).

For Inflated Balloons:

Strictly no exchanges or returns upon inflation. We will only accept refund due to manufacturing defects within 1 hour from the time of delivery/ collection.

For ALL Other Products:

Hello Joi only provide store credit refund (valid for 1 year) for order's cancellation due to any reasons. We will only accept refund(s) for items that are collected or delivered due to manufacturing defects within 7 days from the date of delivery/ collection.

RETURNS EXCLUSION

The following categories are not returnable: Sale items, banners, printables, toppers.  Sale of these product categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

MISSING, INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM

Oops, this is mightily embarrassing. We are very sorry, and we would like to make it up to you! Please drop us an email to contact@hellojoico.com with the following details:

1. Your order number

2. The matter of the issue (e.g. missing, incorrect/defective item)

3. Pictures or videos, whichever applicable

CONDITION OF RETURN ITEM(S)

Strictly ensure that all items are unopened in order for us to accept the return(s).

REIMBURSEMENT & PROCESSING TIME

After your return has been confirmed, you will be issued a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item. We do not provide refunds for any return orders and delivery fees. Your return will be processed within 7 business days from when we receive it.

HOW TO RETURN

I. Returns Via Postage:

You may return your order(s) via post/courier directly to our store: 

  1. Pack the item(s) in a parcel.
  2. Send your parcel using a traceable mode of delivery to our warehouse at:
    21 Woodlands Close #09-22 Primz Bizhub , Singapore 737854
  3. Store Credit will be added into your account within 14 business days from when we receive your parcel.

Please ensure that your return order is eligible for returns before making a return.
It’s important that your return is sent to us via a traceable mode as we'll not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options. 

II. Returns at Collection Point: 

You may also return online orders over-the-counter, at our self collection store.
