How should I hang it ?
Step (1) : Hold the balloon garland up on your backdrop to see where you wish to place.
Step (2) : Choose your favourite side of the garland to be front facing ( which will have mini balloons )
Step (3) : Mark out the position and paste the blue tapes on your wall.
Step (4) : Peel the hooks' sticker and paste it directly on the blue tape.
Step (5) : Hoo-ray! Party Time!
